How do I know what site work needs completed?
As a full-service, turn-key custom home builder, we complete ALL necessary site work required for your project. Since each lot is unique, we begin with an individualized lot assessment and provide a detailed/accurate cost estimate for required site work.
Site work items include tree clearing, utility setup (electric, water, etc), septic system design/layout, and more. We have licensed real estate agents on staff who specialize in locating and evaluating property for home construction. We help clients find and secure unique lots with desired features for their new home build. In addition, our team has inside access to lots that are not publicly available.
