Our belief at P&D is that the "dream" is not realized
unless the job is delivered complete and on time. To this extent,
partner and Director of Production, Darin Hilt, administrates our
"delivery guarantee." In short, a client's home will be
delivered on or before the contract completion date or P&D will pay a
"per-diem" until closing. Our ideal volume level allows us
to retain and control some of the premium tradespeople in the
industry. This, combined with our strong financial reputation and
top notch organizational management allows us to make commitments unique
to the industry. Our definition of "icing on the cake" is
our highly skilled "detailing team." This team of staff
professionals will just about live in your new home the final two weeks
prior to closing. Their goal: to attend to all of your needs -
fine tuning, polishing, product testing and buyer instruction on using and
maintaining their new products. |
