Designed by Ron Danne Certified Residential Designer of P&D Builders, the home is a 3370 square foot multi-level plan built in the Liberty Village subdivision in Powell, Ohio. It includes energy-saving features such as programmable thermostats, compact fluorescent lightbulbs, low-E argon-filled windows, occupancy sensors for bathroom lighting, EnergyStar appliances, a built-in recycling center, water-saving bathroom fixtures, increased insulation, efficient building methods, and many other green features.
