At P&D Builders we understand that our reputation is earned each and every day. Therefore, we make it our top priority to make certain that every client is confident that their selection of P&D Builders was the right one. At each closing, we ask that our clients complete a “Customer Service Audit”. This Audit serves as a grading system that assures that we are aware of any issues, positive or negative, that may not have been communicated to us during the build cycle.
Below are a few examples of comments from our clients….
"Our experience with P&D was fun & amazingly smooth. This has been a great experience - actually enjoyable." - Tim & Denise Kolb
"We didn't think we could afford the house of our dreams & P&D showed us how we could achieve it. Every step was well thought out. Everyone responded immediately to our needs. Expect us to call you for our next home" - Steve & Kim Tolnar
"Everyone was great to deal with. We could not be happier with the process! We love our new home!" - Brian & Kim Haughn

News Release - Wednesday 7/15/09 P&D Builders wins ARDA 1st Place for BIA Parade home in "Unbuilt Design" category
P&D Builder's design for their proposed 2009 BIA Parade of Homes model has won the American Residential Design Awards 1st place honor in the category of Unbuilt Designs. The ARDA win is the second in a row for P&D Builders, who also won 1st place in 2008 in the category of Sustainable Design for a home built in Powell. For this years award, their in-house residential design team led by Ron Danne CPBD created a 3842 square foot multi-level home with both front & back covered porches surrounding the 4 bedroom plan. The Shingle-style home was originally designed for the central Ohio BIA home show in the Tartan Ridge subdivision, but was not built due to the builders goal of having the project pre-sold prior to commencing construction. The American Residential Design Awards is sponsored by the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and showcases home designs from across the nation.
